“ I had a craving for pupusas and found this place near our house. They make the pupusas fresh and they also have a variety of other foods like fish, veggies, beans, rice etc. The employees don't speak much English but they speak enough to help you. I also tried to use my broken Spanish and they were really nice about it. We had the pupusas, tamales, the cabbage, plantains, and some pork. Very tasty and cost about $12 bucks for 2 big plates. Good deal! ”
“ That's the best horchata I've had from what I can remember. One of the staff members say they toast it there. I also had a wonderful cheese and loroco pupusa. They were generous with the curtido (the cabbage topping) which they serve on a small bowl with a tomato sauce. My Dad had a fish soup that also had oysters and shrimp. Meals are served with two tortillas. If you're looking for Salvadoran food and friendly staff, head on to Variedades. You can also pick up some bakery items and a few other Salvadoran goodies. I'm taking off a star because the ordering is a bit disorganized. One doesn't know where the line starts. ”
